Good product. Great yummy recipes and easy to follow. Of all the ones that I have tried from this book, I haven't found one that was hard to do and all of them were simply nice. My favorite is the Blackberry & green apple smoothie. My son liked Chocolate and Beet Smoothie. In the book, you will find more another original and delicious recipes.
